Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Zero' is all set to release across the globe this Friday on November 21. However, the makers have been facing a problem since the last few months in the form of agitation from the Sikh community. Alleging that the film shows SRK holding a kirpan, which a holy Sikh relic, many have demanded action on the film. Now, in order to avoid further problems, the makers have come up with a strange solution.

The helmers of 'Zero' have decided to digitally alter the scene the actor is allegedly holding a kirpan. According to reports, the dagger will be digitally replaced by a sword to ensure that the Sikh community doesn't have any more problems on the matter. Hopefully, this tactic will work and the film will come out on the required date without any hitch.

It must be noted that this is not the first time that a film has run into trouble because of religious reasons. Even Anurag Kashyap's 'Manmarziyaan' had run into a similar problem after is depicted Abhishek Bachchan, who plays a Sikh in the film, smoking a cigarette. Earlier on in the year, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmaavat' too had faced massive resistance before its release as it depicted a story of Hindu queen Padmavati being coveted by a Muslim ruler Alauddin Khilji.
