Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan starrer 'Kedarnath' has been at the heart of the storm for quite a while now. The film has drawn heavy flak from people as the makers are accused of allegedly promoting love jihad as the story revolves around a Hindu girl falling in love with a Muslim boy.

The film is essentially a love story, and many have called the film out as it hurts religious sentiments. 'Kedarnath' has been banned in over seven districts of Uttarakhand, and after the debacle, director Abhishek Kapoor took to Twitter and requested Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat to let the film be screened in the state.

'Kedarnath' hit the box office on December 7 and has been garnering quite a few praises for the young actress Sara Ali Khan. Till now, the film has seen a steady growth at the box office and has minted a total of 32 crores in the domestic market.
