Arjun Kapoor reveals love for chick-flicks, makes a recommendation

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has revealed aspects of his taste in films for the benefit of his fans. During a recent interview he opened up about his love for chick flicks. The actor who introduced his digital property 'Arjun Recommends' recently, says that he has been a fan of chick flicks and has binged on them since his childhood.

Arjun Kapoor says he has come across some of the smartest writings through these films. Drawing reference to cult classic films like Devil Wears Prada, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Pretty Woman, Sleepless in Seattle, and Love Actually, the actor said he loves this genre because it has delivered some of the best cinema. He said he has been binged on chick flicks and is not ashamed to admit it. Arjun further said he loves sharp-witted, skilfully written chick flicks because they are out and out entertainers and totally worth the time or money invested to watch them. 

In the video of his recommendations, Arjun Kapoor speaks about Late Night - featuring Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson - going on to elaborate on why he likes the two stars.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for the release of Panipat. From horse riding to rigorous gym sessions, Arjun Kapoor is training hard for the upcoming venture. Besides, Arjun Kapoor, the film also stars Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt in the lead. The Ashutosh Gowariker's directorial is all set to hit the theaters on December 6, this year.
