Bhumi Pednekar shares video of her becoming Chandro Tomar on Instagram

Bhumi Pednekar is presently busy with the promotions of Saand Ki Aankh. The movie, also featuringTaapsee Pannu, released yesterday i.e. on October 25, 2019, on the silver screen. Saand Ki Aankh is a biopic directed by Tushar Hiranandani and is produced by Reliance Entertainment and Anurag Kashyap. Prakash Jha will also be seen playing a significant role in Saand Ki Aankh.

Bhumi Pednekar's Instagram video 

Bhumi Pednekar recently took to Instagram to share the video of her getting ready as Chandro Tomar for shooting. The one-minute thirteen-second time-lapse video shows the fans and followers about the Pednekar's hectic makeup process to become Chandro Tomar. She also thanked the makers of the movie for believing in her and give her the role. Bhumi, at the end of her caption, is also seen thanking her mother for being there with her.

The plot of Saand Ki Aankh

The plot of Saand Ki Aankh is based on the real-life story of sharpshooters Chandro Tomar and Prakashi Tomai. Bhumi Pednekar will be seen playing the character of Chandro Tomar and Taapsee Pannu will be playing the role of her sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar. Chandro Tomar nicknamed as ‘Shooter Dadi’ has won more than 30 national championships. On the other hand,  Prakashi Tomar is often referred to as ‘Revolver Dadi’. She has won many medals and trophies in various state and national level events. Saand ki Aankh also marks the directorial debut of writer Tushar Hiranandani.
