Race 3 star Bobby Deol was reportedly seen hitting the gym before he went shirtless in the film. He has been known to say that the film is done but the workout regime has stayed with him. It is not very common to see Bobby with a well-built body because of his characters in previous films. Bobby Deol has been training with Salman Khan’s trainer,  Rakesh Udiyar, who also helped Aamir Khan get in and out of his Dangal frame. Bhaijaan also helped him to overcome a tough phase and, since then, he has stuck with the superstar’s personal trainer.

Transformation Period

Reportedly, Bobby managed to build a chiselled physique for his Race 3 character in just four months. He also regrets not having worked harder on his body when he was younger. His transformation was noticed when he posted a shirtless Instagram picture after he built his body for Race 3. The actor says that he tries to avoid sugar but sometimes cannot resist chocolate. He also loves pancakes and had almost forgotten how good they tasted. When shooting for Race 3, the cast was instructed to have a cheat meal every seven days and, during that period, he used to have five pancakes, complete with honey, syrup, and butter, for breakfast. The star recently participated in the fourth edition to the Housefull franchise, which was released on October 25.
