Friday Night Plan teaser: Babil Khan has unsupervised fun as Juhi Chawla leaves home

Juhi Chawla surprised fans with teaser launch of her upcoming movie Friday Night Plan. It is set to feature late-actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan and Amrith Jayan as siblings, while Juhi Chawla will play their onscreen mother.

Fun-filled teaser of Friday Night Plan out

The teaser of Friday Night Plan opened with Juhi’s character telling her children that she will have to spend some time in Pune. This meant that her children, played by Babil and Amrith will have the house to themselves. The rest of the teaser revealed how they make the most of the lack of adult supervison and party with friends.

From the looks of it, the siblings achieve their goal of having unpervised fun. But the different elements of their world lso come together. The teaser of the Babil Khan film featured snippets of his school lives and teenage romance. The movie release on OTT.

Who are the makers of Friday Night Plan?

Friday Night Plan is directed by Vatsal Neelakantan. Speaking about the film, he said, “It is a warm tale of love, friendship, brotherhood and self-discovery that speaks to all audiences.” The coming-of-age film is produced by Bollywood actor-singer Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Kassim Jagmagia.

Babil Khan's new film after Qala

Babil is the elder son of Irrfan Khan and Sutapa Sikdar. He also has a younger brother Ayaan Khan. He made his Bollywood debut with Qala, directed by Anvita Dutt. It was produced by Karnesh Sharma under his banner Clean Slate Filmz. The film co-starred Tripti Dimri, Swastika Mukherjee, Amit Sial, Sameer Kochhar and others.

It was released last year on OTT and received positive reviews from the audience and critics. Babil Khan was also praised for his debut performance, in which he played the role of singer Jagan Batwal.
