Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-starrer War released a week ago on October 2, 2019. The movie continues to do really well at the box office. The Siddharth Anand directorial earned ₹ 51.6 crores on Day 1 of its release (just for the Hindi version), making it the biggest box-office opener of the year. The movie has crossed the ₹ 100 crore mark in just three days of its release. The movie is expected to enter the ₹ 200 crore club soon as well.

War's first weekend box office collection

War earned ₹ 21.3 crores on Friday and made a huge jump on Saturday. By Saturday evening, the movie has earned ₹ 27.6 crores at the box office. On Sunday, the collections had risen to ₹ 37.4 crores net with Hindi earning ₹ 36.10 crores and Tamil & Telugu earning ₹ 1.30 crores. By the end of the weekend, the collections were standing tall at ₹ 166.25 crore nett. Film critic Taran Adarsh has also tweeted about War's collection at the box office. Take a look:

War Audience Reactions

The reviews for the movie have been excellent. The movie has not earned less than a three-star rating amongst media and entertainment portals. The audience seemed to love War.
