War Box-office: Hrithik-Tiger Starrer Packs Solid Total Of Rs. 100 Cr

War, directed by Siddharth Anand and featuring Vaani Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the lead, has collected Rs. 100 crore total in three days.

Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer 'WAR' has opened to stupendous figures at the box-office. With the film collecting, Rs. 51.60 crore on the opening day, 'WAR' has become Yash Raj Films' fifth movie to cross Rs. 100 crore in 3 days with Day 2 and Day 3 collecting Rs. 23.10 crore and Rs. 21.30 crore respectively. Trade Analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share the numbers and wrote that with a weekend more to go, the film shows no signs of slowing down and will totally pack a solid extended weekend total. 'War' has also become the highest grossing 'first 3 days' for Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and director Siddharth Anand. Take a look -

While the national holiday of Gandhi Jayanti played a part in this, it’d be interesting to see if the movie goes on to become among the all-time blockbusters of Bollywood. The movie they’d be targetting first would be Kabir Singh, which earned around Rs 280 crore at the box office in India, and is the highest-grossing film of this year. Two other major releases this year are Housefull 4 and Dabangg 3, which are also set for a big total at the box office, and this action film will hope to set a figure that can’t be matched.
