South Indian sensation Nayanthara mainly works in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu language movies. The Tulasi actor made her acting debut with 2003 Malayalam movie Manassinakkare opposite Jayaram. 1.      Kaashmora

The supernatural action comedy-drama was helmed by Gokul. The Tamil movie stars Karthi in dual roles for the second time after her previous movie Siruthai, besides Nayanthara, Sri Diyya and Vivek in prominent roles. Kaashmora was declared as a sleeper hit at the box office. The movie released on October 28, 2016, made a brilliant opening.

2.      Naanum Reddy Thaan

This Vignesh Shivan directorial movie was released in 2015. The action comedy film’s plot revolves around the female lead actor Nayanthara opposite Vijay Sethupathi who has a prominent role. Produced under the banner of Wunderbar Films, Naanum Reddy Thaan was dubbed into Telugu as Nenu Rowdy Ne.

3.      Raja Rani

Atlee made his directorial debut with Raja Rani. The Tamil language romantic comedy film features Nayanthara alongside Jai, Arya, and Nazriya Nazi in the lead roles. Released on September 27, 2013, Raja Rani garnered immensely positive reviews from the critics and the audience alike. The movie turned out to be a blockbuster film at the box office. It was remade in Bengali as Shudhu Tomari Jonyo and Odia as Tu Je Sei, apart from its Telugu dubbed version with the same title.

4.      Billa

This action thriller flick is a reboot to 1980 Tamil film Billa, which is also a remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Don. Ajith Kumar reprises the double roles opposite Nayanthara and Namitha Vankawala in the lead roles. Billa emerged to be commercially successful and earned acclamation from the critics and the viewers alike. Billa is followed by its prequel Billa 2 which was released in 2012.
