Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are just a week away from their nuptials. The whole nation is excited for one of the biggest weddings of the year. Now, on the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the happy couple were spotted visiting one of the important men in their lives. The person in question is none other than filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has cast them together in three of his films. In pictures and videos that have surfaced on social media, the two celebs were spotted entering the director's house, to apparently give him the invitation for their wedding. While Deepika looked super casual in a baggy white shirt, blue pants and sporting a pair of shades, Ranveer looked more into the festive cheer as he sported a green coloured kurta. In the video, the actress can be seen politely waving and smiling for the shutterbugs as she soon vanished into the premises. Ranveer, on the other hand, entertained the paparazzi a bit more as he posed for a bit before giving them a thumbs up and heading inside.

It is not surprising that the couple has gone to meet SLB in person with their invite, as his love for them is well know after all. On one occasion the filmmaker had called Deepika her lucky charm. On the other hand, he felt that no one understood Ranveer as an actor as much as he has. With someone with whom they share such amazing rapport, it is not altogether surprising that the duo paid him a visit on Diwali of all days. Deepveer are all set to tie the knot on November 14 and 15 and will later host a reception in Mumbai early in December.
