Parineeti Chopra, the bubbly Bollywood actor, recently revealed on Twitter that she hasn't eaten a proper pizza for more than six months. In a series of tweets took place before this revelation, Pari said that "she wants to do the job" referring to a piece of recruitment news for a pizza chain hiring a taster for its garlic bread in Brisbane, Australia and paying $AUD 30 per hour for the same.
The actor responded to the article saying "Can I apply?" Post this, Shibasish Sarkar (Group CEO - Content, Digital & Gaming of Reliance Entertainment) replied: "The Girl in the Pizza Chain". As soon as Shibasish responded to this tweet, Parineeti sent another one saying that she has not eaten a proper pizza for more than 6 months, making her excited when she heard that a taster is being hired for her favourite food. Parineeti's weight was on the heavier side when she entered Bollywood. But in recent months, she has devoted herself to exercise and a proper diet along with a few 'cheat meals' to calm her cravings whenever she feels like. She mentioned in an interview with a leading daily that she didn't ban any food options during her weight loss journey.
She credits her weight management journey to different types of workouts and suggests that switching her workout options constantly worked the best for her to avoid boredom. Parineeti has fun with the martial arts form called Kalaripayattu which she mixes up occasionally with gym workouts, yoga, and swimming. Doing something is always better than doing nothing, so she suggests that it's better to do some kind of an activity or exercise daily, even if you are brisk walking.
Parineeti Chopra reveals that she didn't ban any single thing from her diet and neither does she advocate it to anybody else. Banning items from their diet makes people crave for it. So, if she consumes any fattening items, she wouldn't have anything similar for the rest of the week by eating healthier options for the whole week.
She uses a kind of maneuver to tell her mind that everything is accessible for her so she doesn't crave any food. Parineeti suggests that healthy eating, a good workout routine and a little bit of indulgence are all important to achieve weight loss goals. She added that she could feel her skin, nails, and hair become better when she is healthier.
Parineeti has also seen an improvement in her sleep quality and stamina. She definitely knows what she is talking about as she went from size 38 to size 30 in a short span of time.
