Prabhas, who has set high standards with his super hit Indian fiction drama Bahubali (2015), turned 40 on October 23, 2019. He is considered one of the most eligible bachelors in the Telugu film industry. Recently, the actor made his Bollywood debut with the action thriller, Saaho, starring alongside Shraddha Kapoor. Prabhas has given his fans some of the best songs from his collection of hits at the jukebox.

According to fans' reactions, Bad Boy from Hindi film Saaho (2019), Oke Oke Mata from the album Chakram (2005), Idhedho Bagundhe from Mirchi (2013), Aakasam Badhalaina from Mr Perfect (2011) and Saahore Baahubali from his benchmark film Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, are some of his most loved songs.

Prabhas' filmography

Prabhas started his career with 2002 Telugu action-drama Eeswar. He continued his career with Adavi RaamuduChakram and many other films that the audience loved. He made a guest appearance in Prabhudeva’s 2014 Hindi film Action Jackson. Other than both the parts of Baahubali, Varsham (2004), Chatrapathi (2005), Chakram (2005), Billa (2009), Darling (2010), Mr Perfect (2011) and Mirchi (2013) are some of the notable works of Prabhas.

Among all the films that he has done, Prabhas gained laurels and tremendous love for his epic role in S.S. Rajamouli’s Bahubali: The Beginning. The film opened worldwide breaking records from day 1 of its release. According to reports, the film was made on a budget of ₹ 180 crores making it the most expensive Indian film. The film is said to be the highest-grossing film in India, third grossing Indian film worldwide and highest-grossing South-Indian film at the time of its release, according to box-office records. Both budget and box-office collections have been surpassed by Bahubali 2: The Conclusion. It is the second highest-grossing Indian film of all time. Bahubali series received several accolades. It won the National Film Award for Best Special Effects and Best Feature Film.

Prabhas is the first south Indian actor to have his wax sculpture at Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. The actor was born on October 23, 1979, in Madras, Tamil Nadu. He completed his B.Tech degree from Sri Chaitanya College, Hyderabad.
