1. It all started with a DM

Their relationship allegedly began when Jonas sent a DM to a mutual friend in 2016, asking him about Priyanka. Her Quantico co-star, Graham Rogers, played cupid for the couple. Graham and Nick earlier worked together for a film titled Careful What You Wish For. The DM said, “Priyanka. Is. Wow.” Eventually, Nick Jonas slid into Priyanka Chopra’s DMs and the duo began a healthy texting relationship.

2. Met Gala 2017

Later in May 2017, the couple made their official public appearance at the Met Gala together. Clearing the air regarding this appearance, Priyanka said that they were both wearing Ralph Lauren and were invited by the designer. She also added that it was fun.

3. Nick’s Cousin’s Wedding

The couple locked in the rumours when they attended a family wedding on Nick’s side in June 2018. The couple was spotted together at the JFK airport before leaving for Atlantic City. A source close to the couple revealed that Chopra attending this wedding was a big deal.

4. Nick and Priyanka are spotted in Mumbai

Soon after the wedding, the couple was spotted in Mumbai enjoying the monsoon together. This was the meeting where Jonas met PeeCee’s family.

5. The Proposal

Wasting no time, Nick closed down a Tiffany and Co.'s store in Greece to buy the perfect ring for his perfect girl. When Nick proposed, Priyanka was speechless for a solid 45 seconds. Nick ended up breaking the silence saying that he is just going to put the ring on Priyanka’s finger unless she has any objections.

6. The Engagement

Later in July 2018, the couple shared their engagement pictures on social media. The duo had a traditional Roka ceremony with close friends and family.

7. The Wedding

By the end of November 2018, the couple’s wedding preparations had already begun. The couple had a 3-day wedding ceremony in Jodhpur, getting married on 1^st December 2019.
