PK was the bestselling movies of 2014 and was a satirical comedy that depicted the follies of religious organisations through the point of view of an alien. The movie starred the superstar Aamir Khan in the lead role of the alien who took on the name of PK for his stay on earth. The message of the film was well-received by audiences and Aamir Khan's acting and comedic timing was praised by fans. The movie was produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

3 Idiots

3 Idiots is perhaps the most popular and well-loved coming of age movie that has ever been made by Bollywood. Vidhu Vinod Chopra was the producer as well as a screenplay associate for the movie. The film depicts the lives of three university students and discusses the problems with the education system in India. Upon its release, it was the highest-grossing movie from India for a time. 

Lage Raho Munna Bhai

Lage Raho Munna Bhai was a sequel to the popular Sanjay Dutt film Munna Bhai MBBS. It also starred Sanjay Dutt in the iconic role of Munna Bhai. The movie was a comedy where the character of Munna Bhai reads several books on life and beliefs of Mahatma Gandhi, which causes him to see an apparition of Gandhi who guides him to do the right thing. Parineeta

Parineeta is a musical romantic drama that was released in 2005 and was based on a Bengali novella of the same name written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The movie was also the debut of the popular actor Vidya Balan where she acted alongside Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan in the leading roles. The movie was produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. He was also the story and dialogue writer for the movie and also supervised the editing.
