Sonam Kapoor's mother Sunita Kapoor will definitely give you some mid-week motivation with this video where she is seen performing super advanced exercise for spinal mobility on the Pilates Trapeze Table which challenges a person's scapular stability. Radhika Karle, a nutritionist and pilates master trainer, shared a video on her Instagram handle of mother and daughter in the gym. One fan wrote: "Powerful Kapoors". She said ‘When I am going to get married, I will come in just this one outfit. There will not be one single ornament or jewellery, just one salwar kameez or sari, that’s it. Rest we will build ourselves.’

Sonam was last seen in 'The Zoya Factor', opposite Dulquer Salman and now according to the reports, Sonam Kapoor has been roped in to star in Sujoy Ghosh's next which is a Hindi remake of South Korean film 'Blind'. There's no confirmation on this yet, though.
