The Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has been in the buzz right since its inception. According to media reports, the film has also shattered all the box office records and has also been positively received by the critics. The movie is helmed by Surender Reddy and is produced by Ram Charan. The movie has also been touted as one of the most expensive films to date with a budget of about ₹ 300 crores. It also boasts of some extravagant VFX shots which promise to be a visual delight. Reportedly, the film has, even larger than life VFX shots than the SS Rajamouli directorial magnum opus Baahubali.

Baahubali director SS Rajamouli was all praises for the film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy

In a recent event, Baahubali director SS Rajamouli spoke very highly of the film. He called Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy a historic film. The director congratulated the Paruchuri Brothers who were responsible for bringing Narasimha Reddy's story to the celluloid. Rajamouli went on to reveal how it was a Telugu warrior who had first started the rebellion against the British rule. The director also praised Ram Charan for producing the movie and termed the film as a gift for the audience. SS Rajamouli also went on to reveal an interesting fact about the film.

SS Rajamouli revealed that Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has more VFX shots than Baahubali 

SS Rajamouli said that the film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has about 3800 VFX shots while his film Baahubali had some 2300 VFX shots. He added that it is a challenging task to make an emotional film in the milieu of VFX. He congratulated director Surender Reddy for making this film in what he believed to be an impeccable manner. Chiranjeevi and SS Rajamouli have still not collaborated for a film. But Chiranjeevi earlier had a cameo performance in Rajamouli's film Magadheera which has Ram Charan in the titular role. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, Nayanthara, Tamannah Bhati and Vijay Sethupati in pivotal roles. The film released on the theatres on October 2, 2019. SS Rajamouli is also gearing up for his next film, RRR which will star Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in lead roles.
