Recently, Ranveer Singh's resemblance to the former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev in the first look of his upcoming film  '83, was all the netizens were talking about. While netizens were just getting over the uncanny resemblance between the two stars, an old picture of the cricketer has appeared on the internet.

The now-viral image shows Kapil Dev sporting a bright red t-shirt paired with zig-zag patterned pants. Actor Sharib Hashmi, who is best known for his role in Slumdog Millionaire took posted the picture on Twitter suggesting that it looks like he is playing Ranveer Singh in a biopic instead of it being the other way round.
