'War': All you need to know about shooting locations of the movie

The movie War, which released on October 2, was the biggest-ever box-office opening in the history of Indian cinema. With this, it was also the biggest opening for both the stars in their careers to date. With the movie doing so well at the box office as well as getting positive fan reactions, let’s look at where the movie was shot. The film is reportedly the first film to be shot in the Arctic Circle.

Where the movie was shot:

War was directed by Siddharth Anand, and the film has been shot in seven different countries and 15 cities across the world according to the director. The bike chase sequence was shot on Portugal's highest mountain peak, Serra da Estrela. The car action sequence on ice in Finland was the first time a film was shot in the Arctic Circle. They also shot a sequence in Bondi Beach in Australia. Ghungroo was the first-ever song to be shot on the Amalfi Coast. Adding to this, director Siddharth Anand also revealed that the chasing and hunting scenes in the movie were shot in seven different countries. He also expressed that War will be one of the most visually stunning films of in the present times. He expressed that the went to Australia just to capture one of the most crucial parts of the movie.

In this movie, we see Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles. It is an action movie where the leading men are pit against each other. It is considered to be one of the most thrilling action movies of the year as both the actors are known for their fantastic action roles and stunts. It was a commercial success, as anticipated by the producers. It was really good to see the actors as they went through never-seen-before, death-defying action stunts.
