The trailer of 'Godzilla: King of Monsters' came out on December 10 and the internet has literally been losing its mind since. The epic scale of the trailer was truly something else and netizens have been blown away with the sheer magnitude of awesomeness and terror of it all. However, they also have a few hilarious observations on the monsterverse, particularly King Kong.

In the trailer, it is clear that while Godzilla is huge, it has an even bigger enemy. King Ghidorah, the three-headed dragon that shoots gravity beams is literally the size of a city as shown in the riveting trailer. Even the protagonist Godzilla looks somewhat small in front of his nemesis. Then, of course, there is Rodan whose full size is yet to be seen. Mothra, the flying giant moth is probably the smallest of these four. However, looking at the visuals it is clear that Kong is actually the tiniest monster in this universe.

Now, fans of Godzilla have begun poking fun at the giant Gorilla, saying that he is no match to the big monster. Memes have started coming out on the same, with netizens comparing the sizes of the two monsters and laughing at the absurd difference in stature.

There are even some ardent fans of the monsterverse who are claiming that this is they are looking forward to in 2019 and not 'Avengers: Endgame'. Well, that shouldn't be a problem for both films have plenty of time between their releases to not become a problem at the box office.
