Ryan Reynolds & Robert Downey Jr exchange friendly banter on Instagram

Ryan Reynolds responded to Robert Downey Jr. in a hilarious manner as he posted a video on Instagram. In the video, Reynolds is seen eating a baked good which has the picture of Downey Jr. The two actors have indulged in some glorious and entertaining smack talk in relation to Fantasy Football.

Smack talk

The entire incident started a few days ago when Downey Jr. posted a video on his Instagram page where he began the smack talk. In the video, he said, "I’m not a smack talker. I’m not gonna say, ‘Ryan eat my pigskin’ or any of that stuff. Honestly, I’m praying for ya. I wish you the best of luck. We’ll see ya on the field, my brother. We’re all in this together.” In response, Reynolds posted a video on his Instagram where he does not say anything but slowly brings the cookie that has Downey Jr.'s face in the frame and proceeds to eat the cookie. While eating the cookie, he is slowly making funny expressions. Downey Jr. later replied to the comment saying 'touche' - acknowledging the clever response.

The two Hollywood superstars are a part of the AGBO Fantasy Football League, which is a production company of director Joe Russo and the two have come together with a number of other stars where they will be competing against each other for a charitable cause. Sports giant ESPN will be collaborating with  Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Karen Gillan, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Holland, Michael B. Jordan, Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Olsen, Chris Pratt, Ryan Reynolds, Paul Rudd, and Miles Teller, Director Joe Russo and it's own Senior Fantasy Analyst Matthew Berry.
