Leo poster out, Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj send out a message about battle

Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo is almost a month away from its release. More promotional material from the film is expected to be coming out. While the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial has generated immense traction in the US and UK, anticipation is sky-high in India as well. Now, a poster for the film has finally been revealed, and it features Thalapathy Vijay in a new light.

Leo’s new poster is all about keeping calm

The latest poster of Leo was released by the makers, Seven Screen Studio. It featured Thalapathy Vijay, who wore a grey sweater and looked down. His salt-and-pepper look is also amplified by the use of a white background. Moreover, the sweater featured the graphics of a snowy path between white pine trees, in the middle of which Vijay was seen running.

“Keep calm and avoid the battle,” read the text over it. While the message might seem as though it is about Vijay’s character being wary of battle, it might be referring to how he may be the man with a grand plan. See the poster below.

What do we know about Leo?

The Thalapathy Vijay starrer is set to be part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). The interconnected universe so far features action films Kaithi (2019) and Vikram (2022). With Leo being the third title in the LCU, Vijay is likely to share the screen with actors such as Kamal Haasan and Karthi in the coming time. Moreover, Leo may give a glimpse of Suriya's Rolex, who has been teased as the big, bad villain in the LCU.

This is the second collaboration between Lokesh Kanagaraj and Thalapathy Vijay, who previously worked together in the 2021 smash-hit Master (2021). Notably, the makers of Leo revealed that the film is going to get Kollywood’s biggest IMAX release in North America.
