Bala leaked online within hours of release

The leak was initiated well-known piracy giant Tamilrockers who has previously leaked several other Bollywood big releases. Piracy is an issue that Bollywood has been dealing with for ages. Piracy affects the quality of cinema. Leaking of films online also affects the overall collections of the film.

Previously, this website has also been held responsible for the leak of some recently released big-budget films. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War were also leaked hours after its release. Two major Bollywood movies that were released on October 25 was Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar’s Saand Ki Aankh and Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Housefull 4. Both of Saand Ki Aankh and Housefull 4 were leaked online within hours of its release. One of the worst cases in an online movie leak has been that Anurag Kashyap’s Udta Punjab. The Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh starrer was released two days prior to its release. This leak, however, fortunately, did not affect the collections of the film to a greater extent but did raise questions regarding the risks involved for the future of films and their releases.

Bala the story about premature balding in men has been under constant scrutiny right from its similarities to Ujda Chaman. Bala also stars Yami Gautam Ayushmann’s Vicky Donor co-star and Bhumi Pednekar his Dum Laga Ke Haisha co-star. Bala is receiving an equal amount of appreciation from the critics as well the audience and is also considered to another box-office hit for Ayushmann Khurrana.
