Karan Patel is all set to return to Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

Karan Patel gained recognition for his role in the Indian television series, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, as Raman Bhalla. He took the internet by a storm when he announced his exit from the show in July to participate in the reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi. His fans were shattered by the news.

Will Karan Patel return to Yeh Hai Mohabbatein?

The actor has recently announced that he will be coming back to the show. While talking about his return to a leading national daily, he said that he does not know why people speculated that he wouldn't in the first place. He also said that the show has been an integral part of his life.

Karan Patel has also added that even though the show has been running for the last six years, he does not think that it has become monotonous or boring. He added that the love and admiration that people have for the show and its characters have not gone down, which means that they are not going wrong. Karan said that playing Raman Bhalla on Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has always been a matter of pride for him.

Chaitanya Choudhry, who was introduced in place of Karan, will now shape into a new character instead. There have also been reports that the makers will use a plastic surgery angle for the same.

Karan Patel has worked in television series like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kasamh Se, etc. He also participated in various reality shows like Kaho Na Yaar Hai, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, and Nach Baliye. However, it was his role in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein that earned him huge recognition. He even won the ZEE Gold Awards for Best Actor (Popular) for three years in a row (2014–16)

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is created by Ekta Kapoor under her banner, Balaji Telefilms. The show has been running on Indian television channel Star Plus since 2013. The show stars Divyanka Tripathi, Karan Patel, and Ruhanika Dhawan in lead roles.
