Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are set to tie the knot on June 23 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Ahead of the wedding, Sonakshi seemingly threw a lavish yet intimate bachelorette. Why do we think so? Because Zaheer is missing from all the photos and was seen celebrating with his boys. However, his sister Sanam Ratansi made it to the party.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Sonakshi shared a series of photos on her Instagram Stories offering a peek into her bachelorette party. Seeing the images, it seems the dress code was black as everyone including the actress can be seen adorning a black outfit. Among all his friends, Huma Qureshi can also be seen as one of the bridesmaids.

For the bash, Sonakshi wore a short black outfit layered with a sequin shrug. She sported natural makeup with stylish eyeliner and pink-tinted lips. Huma, on the other hand, wore a bralette with a long skirt and a black shrug. She tied her hair in a neat bun and sported red lips.

In one of the photos, the actress gave a peek at the decoration as they stood in front of a golden board decorated with yellow and golden balloons.

Zaheer, on the other hand, seemingly had a quite casual boys' night at his place as he and his friends were seen in T-shirts and jeans. The guests included Saqib Saleem, Maahir Zaveri and Mudassar Aziz.

Shatrughan Sinha will attend daughter Sonakshi’s wedding

Certain media reports claim that the actress’ father and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha is not happy with Sonakshi's wedding. However, a close friend of the family Pahlaj Nihalani has dismissed the rumours. He also said that Shatrughan Sinha might not have known about the wedding because he was not in Mumbai for the past three months as he was busy campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections. However, things are fine and the senior actor is all set to attend his daughter's wedding festivities.

The wedding ceremony will happen on June 23, followed by a celebration at 8 PM at Bastian At The Top.
