Animal becomes Sandeep Reddy Vanga's highest-grossing film in Telugu, beats Arjun Reddy

Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda earned Rs 27 crore in its final run, a milestone effortlessly surpassed by the success of Animal, solidifying its status as Vanga's biggest hit in Telugu cinema.

A significant factor contributing to the film's success is Vanga's cult following in Telugu cinema, where his bold statements and criticisms of film reviewers have become topics of discussion in recent interviews. The film's distribution by renowned producer Dil Raju on a profit-sharing basis has also played a pivotal role in its financial success.

In North America, Animal has surpassed the $14.5 million mark, securing its place among the top 5 highest-grossing Indian films of all time in the region. This achievement not only underscores the star power of Ranbir Kapoor but also highlights Sandeep Reddy Vanga's mastery of storytelling.

Looking ahead, Sandeep Reddy Vanga will next collaborate with Prabhas for an action-packed drama titled Spirit scheduled to commence filming in October 2024. The script has been finalized, and reports suggest that key roles in the film will be filled by prominent actors from the Southern film industry.

The controversial filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga has so far only three films in his name including Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh and now Animal. Vanga has further announced that the Ranbir starrer will have two more parts coming in future.
