Ayushmann Khurranna announces 'Jam Sessions' to combine his love for music and power of social media to scout for new talent. Here's how to get in on it

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana might have carved a niche for himself with his impeccable acting skills, but the actor who is currently shooting for the film, 'Article 15' is a man of many talents which include writing, poetry and singing. The 'Badhaai Ho' actor has lent his voice to many songs such as 'Paani Da Rang', 'Saadi Gali', 'Chan Kitthan' and 'Nazm Nazm' has won the heart of many fans with his melodious voice.

And so adding another feather to his cap, and combining his passion for music and the power of social media, the actor has decided to come up with a show that will enable not just the fans, but also amateurs to get in touch with him, thus enabling their 'Jam Sessions'

Titled the same, the contest is exclusively Facebook initiated, and is done as an attempt to let the actor's fans and amateur singers follow their passion and also hone the craft of music. 

In an official media statement, the actor said, "I always wanted to do something that combines the power of music and social media. I have come across so many talented and gifted musicians on my social media platforms and I wanted to come up with an idea that enables me to connect with them and bond with them over music. I have named this property Jam Sessions – it’s simple and basically about artists improvising and performing with each other. Music has always been my first love and this project is very close to my heart. I’m really excited to meet and jam with diverse and super talented artists from across India!”

Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor gave back to back amazing performances with films titled 'Andhadhun' and 'Badhaai Ho'. Both the films did amazingly well at the box office, and Khurrana was widely lauded for portraying his role with such precision.
