This season has been doing well in terms of TRP ratings and has crossed its first stage to set foot into the sixth week. Every season witnesses the rivalry between strong contestants. Mahira Sharma and Sidharth Shukla have been at loggerheads since the beginning of the season. Fans of the show have been criticising Mahira Sharma on social media, ever since she won the 'Ticket To Finale', because of Paras Chhabra. According to the audience, she did not deserve to win the ticket. Even the host of the show, Salman Khan, said that she was not even amongst the top-six contestants, according to the votes.

During the latest captaincy task held inside the house, Sidharth and Mahira got into an aggressive fight. Sidharth Shukla hurt Mahira Sharma in his attempt to snatch a sack from her. Mahira was really furious over Sidharth’s behaviour. She lost her cool and continued to yell at Asim’s team, which included team-mates like Arti Singh, Vikas Jayaram Pathak, Himanshi Khurana, Shefali Jariwala, Asim Riaz, and mainly, Sidharth Shukla. She kept on saying that the other team always plays unfair. Mahira also threw the cardboard boxes, that were a part of the task, at Asim’s face. Sidharth Shukla was punished by Bigg Boss for this, and as a punishment, he will be nominated for elimination for two weeks straight. Furious with Mahira’s behaviour, the fans started tweeting about how much they are in support of Sidharth Shukla. They made a hashtag for her misbehaviour (#MahiraKaun) and tweeted under it.
