Deepika Padukone - Ranveer Singh : The couple recently embraced parenthood for the first time. They took to their Instagram account to make a joint post announcing that they had welcomed a baby girl. Several celebrities congratulated the couple following their announcement. The most recent to join the list is Will Smith.

Hollywood star Will Smith has congratulated actor-couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone on becoming parents to a baby girl. Singh and Padukone announced the arrival of their first child on September 8 in a joint Instagram post. "Welcome Baby Girl! 8.9.2024," it read.

Smith, the Oscar-winning star of King Richard, commented on the post and said, "Congratulations Mama & Papa!!" Besides Smith, several celebrities from the Hindi film industry, including Alia Bhatt , Arjun Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, wished the new parents Deepika, 38, and Ranveer, 39, tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony in 2018 at Lake Como, Italy. They announced Deepika's pregnancy in February.

Congratulation poured in abundance for Bollywood power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh as they welcomed a baby girl on September 8. Anushka Sharma also wished the new parents in town on September 9. Taking to the Instagram story on Sunday, Anushka re-shared DeepVeer's post and wrote, "Congratulations @deepikapadukone @ranveersingh."

On Saturday, several photos and videos of Deepika went viral on social media as she made her way to the hospital. Before welcoming their first child, Deepika and Ranveer visited Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi on Friday evening. Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy in February this year. Ranveer-Deepika tied the knot on November 14, 2018, at Italy's Lake Como after dating for six long years
