Dua Padukone Announces Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh's 2nd Pregnancy Amid Dhurandhar Success, See Post

Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced their second pregnancy today. As DeepVeer are set to embrace parenthood again, they shared a joint post on Instagram featuring their 1.6-year-old daughter Dua.

Taking to Instagram, the couple shared a Polaroid photo of her princess, Dua Padukone Singh, holding a pregnancy test that clearly shows two pink lines, a universal sign of a positive result. In the picture, both Ranveer and Deepika gently hold their daughter. Deepika kept the announcement simple and captioned the post with only evil eye emojis.

Fans filled the comments with love. New mother Parineeti Chopra also congratulated the couple, while Samantha Ruth Prabhu reacted with red heart emojis. Many fans also expressed their excitement and sent warm wishes. Most recently, Sonam Kapoor and husband Anand Ahuja welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on March 29, 2026. 

Deepika and Ranveer got hitched in November 2018 in Italy at a private yet lavish ceremony. They held both Sindhi and traditional Konkani wedding rituals. Later, they hosted grand, star-studded receptions in Mumbai and Bengaluru, where many A-list celebrities attended.

Years later, the couple welcomed their first child, their daughter Dua, in September 2024. When she turned one last year, they shared adorable photos from their Diwali celebrations and revealed her face for the first time. Some people said she looks like a younger version of Deepika, while others thought she resembled her father. The couple said they chose the name Dua because she is the answer to their prayers. Now, they are set to welcome their second baby. However, the couple did not share the details of the due date yet.
