Dulquer Salmaan: All you need to know about his upcoming production

Dulquer Salmaan is a popular actor, who predominantly appears in South films. The popular actor had a surprise for all his fans on Saturday (October 2). He shared the logo of his production house, Wayfarer Productions. Reportedly, the production house will be headed by Dulquer Salmaan and wife Amaal Sufiya. Along with the logo, the actor captioned his post as, "Been wracking my brains and everyone else’s for months now! I’ve finally arrived at a logo I think represents Wayfarer Films! Full credit to @jamshad_kpz for designing it. There’s a little hat tip to a special someone in the logo. Coming to the name, A wayfarer is an explorer. Someone who traverses unknown terrain by foot. I hope we can do that in the cinema we produce and are a part of. I’ve never been more excited about a venture of mine. I really wish to continue to entertain all of you with not just films where I play the lead, but also content I want to back and stories I want to tell. Here’s to new beginnings !!!"

All about Maniyarayile Ashokan

Along with the logo of Wayfarer Films, the actor, also announced the maiden film of the production house. The movie, titled Maniyarayile Ashokan, will star Dulquer's close friend Jacob Gregory in lead. The movie directed by debutant Shamzu Zayba will also feature Nikhila Varma, Anupama Parameswaran and Anu Sitara in pivotal roles. Here is the first look poster of the forthcoming film, Maniyarayile Ashokan.

Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming films 

On the professional front, Dulquer Salmaan is currently shooting for Srinath Rajendran's Kurup. The movie will feature Dulquer Salmaan, Sobhita Dhulipala and Indrajith Sukumaran in pivotal roles. Other than Kurup, the actor will be seen in Anoop Sathyan's directorial debut. The untitled film also features Suresh Gopi, Shobhana and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead. Reportedly, Wayfarer Films will be also be co-producing Kurup and Anoop Sathyan's untitled film.
