Fukrey 3 gets new release date, trailer to be out next week

It’s been ten years since the first film in the Fukrey franchise was released. Featuring Pulkit Samrat in the lead role, Fukrey turned out to be a critical and commercial hit. After the release of Fukrey 2 in 2017, Fukrey 3 has been under the development of Excel Entertainment. It’s set to release sooner than anyone may anticipate, as per a new announcement.

• Fukrey 1 was released on June 14, 2023. 
• Several stars from the franchise are reprising their roles for the third installment.
• The film will release on the same day as Prabhas starrer Salaar.

Fukrey 3 gets September release date

The official X handle for Excel Entertainment shared the announcement for the sequel. The post read, “Leke aaye hai taaza khabar, ab nahi ho raha hai sabar. Iss baar hoga ek naya chumatkar from Jamnapaar (We’ve brought some news that can’t wait. This time, there will be a miracle from Jamnapaar).” Moreover, the release date of Fukrey 3, September 28, was shared as well.

Fukrey 3’s new trailer to release soon

The first glimpse from Fukrey 3 is yet to be unveiled. As per a report from trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the trailer for Fukrey 3 will be attached to Atlee’s film Jawan, which will be released on September 7. In this high-octane comedy-drama, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadha and Pankaj Tripathi will be marking a return. Moreover, the film is being produced by director-writer-actor Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. 

While the film has been directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, it has been written by Vipul Vig. It is expected that Fukrey 3 will reintroduce the brand of comedy that made the first two titles successful, which is humour with shocking intensity.
