Actor Sahher Bambba recently made her Bollywood debut with Pal Dil Ke Paas, along with Karan Deol. Born in Himachal Pradesh, she is hoping to carry forward the legacy of Preity Zinta and Kangana Ranaut, who are also from the same state. Sahher reportedly dreamed of becoming an actor since her school days. With Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, she finally got the opportunity to show her talent. Here is what she said about her journey.

Sahher Bambba on her debut

In an interview during the promotion of the film, Sahher expressed her emotions and said that she had no clue that she would be competing with several other girls for the lead role in this film. When she was informed that the film would be directed by Sunny Deol, she gave her 200 percent during the audition. She further said that during the audition of the film, she stayed in a hostel at Churchgate and used to travel in a local to reach Juhu. After several rounds of audition, the final audition was directed by Sunny Deol himself which was an extremely satisfying experience for her, she added.

Sahher stated that she had appeared for a number auditions but there were no good results. After that, she participated in a beauty pageant with a thought of learning things and being confident in front of the camera. She went on to win the beauty pageant. She mentioned that her family was very supportive of all her decisions.

Remembering the night when Sahher got a call from Sunny’s office, she said that her parents were in town and they were having dinner. She added that she carried a lot of tissues the next day she met him. The actor revealed that shooting for the film was not an easy job. She continued saying that the Manali schedule involved trekking for about eight hours. They also had to stay in tents and watched the water turn into ice due to the cold.

When asked if her co-star Karan Deol will steal the limelight because it is his home banner film, Sahher said that for her being a part of this film is a big deal and that it is not her concern whether she gets the limelight or not.

Box office collection

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas competed with Prassthanam and The Zoya Factor at the box office. But despite that, it reportedly earned good numbers. Reportedly, its one-week total collection stands at ₹6.52 crores net.
