It has been almost a year since Deepika and Ranveer got married. After a long steady relationship of six years, the stars got married in a beautiful ceremony at Lake Como in Italy last year. The couple held two receptions in India. Now that their first anniversary is nearing, here is what Ranveer has to say about his married life.

'DeepVeer' met on the set

Ranveer and Deepika’s love story started when they both were shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ke Rasleela Ram Leela. From then on, the stars were rumoured to be in a relationship. In an interview with a leading media house after their marriage, Ranveer mentioned that after their marriage, Ranveer changed how he used to live his life. He added that he changed his whole schedule. Ranveer started to wake up on time, started to eat on time, go to work on time, and also come back from work on time. He stated that he has become a 'good boy' after marriage.

Ranveer also moved into Deepika’s house so that she can be more comfortable. Ranveer also added that he has become a family man who is always there for his loved ones. While all this is going on, both Ranveer and Deepika have been complimenting each other on social media, where Ranveer declares his love for his wife on Deepika’s posts. The comments they share have gone viral too.

Both were last seen together in Padmaavat, where Deepika played the role of Rani Padmavati and Ranveer was seen in the role of the Afghan Sultan Alauddin Khilji. The movie was a super hit, and it was the last movie they did before their marriage. Now they both will be seen together in the upcoming Kapil Dev biopic and story of India winning the first Cricket World cup in the movie ’83. In this movie, Ranveer will be playing the role of Kapil Dev and Deepika will be playing the role of Romi Dev. Romi Dev is the wife of the legendary cricket player. The movie is expected to come out in the summer of 2020.
