Singham Again: Meet Actors Playing Lord Ram, Lord Hanuman, Lakshman In Rohit's Ramayana Recreation

Singham Again trailer has raised excitement among fans ahead of its release on Diwali. The movie has a star-studded cast comprising Ajay Devgn , Deepika Padukone , Ranveer Singh , Akshay Kumar , Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and more. Singham Again's plot is inspired by Ramayana and will see Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) carry out a search and rescue operation for his wife Avni (Kareena Kapoor) after she is abducted. The movie's trailer also has recreations of Ramayana with actors stepping in to play the roles of Lord Ram, lord Hanuman, Lakshman, Sita and more.

Major characters in Singham Again revealed

After its release on October 7, Singham Again trailer became the most-viewed Bollywood trailer on YouTube within 24 hours. Many curious eyes were set on the actors playing Lord Ram, Lord Hanuman, Lakshman and Sita in the movie where scenes from Ramayana will be depicted.

The role of Lord Ram in Singham Again is essayed by model and actor Shubham Sharma. He has featured in several music videos so far, mostly sung by Punjabi artists. One of the songs he has acted in is sung by Kumar Sanu. SIngham Again is his big break in Bollywood. Varinder Singh Ghuman plays the role of Lord Hanuman. He has participated in body building competitions and also featured in Dabangg.

On the other hand, Lakshman is played by Vansh Pannu. He is a fitness freak and posts his workout photos and videos regularly on Instagram. In a couple of photos, Vansh was seen posing with Singham Again actress Kareena Kapoor and director Rohit Shetty on set.

Singham Again trailer stokes the curiosity of fans

Singham Again went on floors in September 2023, and wrapped up in September 2024. The film was shot in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kashmir and Sri Lanka. It is scheduled to be released on Diwali 2024. Be it Lord Ram, Goddess Sita, the vicious Raavan and even the Vaanar Sena among many other characters have been brought in and put together into the film, which is the fifth installment of Rohit Shetty’s cop drama series.
