For the unversed, the couple dated for seven years but this was only confirmed when recently shared their wedding photos. Following their wedding, the newlyweds hosted a lavish yet intimate reception bash at Bastian, Mumbai.

Multiple reports suggest that Zaheer Iqbal gifted Sonakshi a BMW i7 electric sedan worth over Rs 2 crore. A viral video shows the newly-wed couple arriving in a lavish white BMW for their reception night at Bastian. The clip shows Sonakshi and Zaheer holding hands while sitting in the backseat of the car. The car in the viral video is the same BMW Zaheer gifted to Sonakshi. Not much details regarding the car have been shared.

On June 27, days after her wedding, Sonakshi Sinha took to her Instagram account to share the official wedding video. The actress shared glimpses of her civil marriage which took place at her new apartment, 81 Aureate, which is located near the Rang Sharda Auditorium in Bandra West, Mumbai. In the video, both the bride and groom could be seen singing the official documents for the wedding. As soon as the couple signed the document, the actress broke down in happy tears and shared a warm hug with her husband.
