Siddharth Shukla To Pratyusha Banerjee: Bigg Boss Contestants Who Died

Celebrities after taking part in the Bigg Boss reality show, were at the prime of their life and peak of their career. The tragic and mysterious death of few celebrities shook the whole entertainment industry. Let’s take a look at the list of celebrities who are no more.

Siddharth Shukla

Siddharth Shukla made his breakthrough in TV career after his portrayal of Shiv in the show Balika Vadhu. He won season 13 of the TV reality show Bigg Boss. Siddharth Shukla made his Bollywood debut in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. He has also featured in several shows including Dil Se Dil Tak, Broken But Beautiful 3. Siddharth Shukla passed away at the age of 40 in 2021 due to a heart attack.

Swami Om

Swami Om was known for his controversial stint on Bigg Boss 10. Om has been beaten by public multiple times because of his behaviour and controversies. He was also arrested on theft charges. Swami Om Ji also popular by the name of S Sadachari Saibaba Om Ji was a middle-aged man who proclaimed to be a spiritual person. In February 2021, he passed away at the age of 63 due to Covid.

Sonali Phogat

Sonali Phogat was a politician and actress who appeared on season 14 of the reality show. She died in 2023 at the age of 42 due to heart attack.  She was a leader in the Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) from Hisar,  Haryana , and was the national vice president of BJP's women's wing, BJP Mahila Morcha.

Pratyusha Banerjee

Pratyusha Banerjee gained recognition after her debut TV show Balika Vadhu, in which she played the role of Anandi. She made her debut in acting with a supporting role in the show Rakt Sambandh. 

Banerjee had played vital roles in Hum Hain Na, Sasural Simar Ka and Gulmohar Grand. She died by suicide at the age of 24 in 2016.
