On Sidhu Moosewala's second death anniversary, his mother Charan Kaur took to her social media handle to share an emotional post in Punjabi language. For the unversed, the singer was shot dead on May 29 by armed assailants. He breathed his last in Punjab’s Mansa district.
Charan Kaur penned an emotional note remembering her son Sidhu Moosewala on his second death anniversary. She wrote, "Dear son, today 730 days, 17532 hours, 1051902 minutes and 63115200 seconds have passed." She continued, "Miss you son Sidhu. We never forget a son like you in our whole life. You will always remain in our hearts, son. Your memory will always be there. This day is written in black letters in history. Sidhu Moose Vaal son."
Sidhu Moosewala's mother further wrote," God was of your thoughts and dreams, so he blessed me with my son again. Your father and your little brother always remember your presence." Earlier this year, Sidhu Moosewala's parents welcomed a baby boy in their family and named him Shubhdeep.
Sidhu Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh told ANI that he will be organising a little program to observe his son's death. "There will be a very simple program because there are elections and temperatures are very high. We have told people outside to not come here, only the people of the village and family are coming. Public has been told to not come...Only the religious rituals will be performed," Balkaur Singh told ANI.
