Yuzvendra Chahal Snapped With Rumoured Girlfriend RJ Mahvash Ahead Of Court's Verdict On His And Dhanashree's Divorce

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma are awaiting the final decision on their ongoing divorce proceedings by the Bombay High Court. Amid this, the India cricketer was snapped spending quality time with RJ Mahvash, said to be his rumoured girlfriend. In a video going viral on the internet, the duo can be seen standing side-by-side, engrossed in their phones. Yuzi can be seen sporting a face mask and donning an oversized T-shirt and jeans, while Mahvash is wearing a black top paired with beige pants.

On Wednesday, the court waived off their 6-month cooling period. The duo requested the court to allow them to get a divorce without maintaining their marriage in a six-month as required by section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The cricketer further stated that he won't be available since March 22 owing to the beginning of the Indian Premier League ( IPL ), so he requested to announce the final decision at the earliest. Accepting the request, Justice Madhav Jamdar asked the family court to decide on their divorce petition by Thursday, March 20.

RJ Mahvash's cryptic post is about 'jhuth, lalch...'

Soon after the reports of Yuzi and Dhanashree's divorce settlement went viral, RJ Mahvash dropped a post with a cryptic caption. In a series of photos, she can be seen in a white dress featuring red hearts. Sharing the post, she wrote, "Jhut, lalach, aur fareb se parey hain..khuda ka shukr ainey aaj bhi khade hain…" (Far from lies, greed, and deceit… Thank God, we are still standing today, looking in the mirror).

Soon after she shared the post, Yuzi was quick to react. According to netizens, he liked the post just 10 seconds after it was uploaded. Fans also flooded the comment section with their reaction. A user wrote, "Chahal liked in 10 seconds." Another wrote, "Bhabhi (Sister-in-law) we are with you, just like Anushka and Ritika be with Chahal forever..... May God keep the pair." The third user wrote, "Tute hue log kisi ko todte nhi hai .....sambhal Lena bhai ko."

This post came after a report about alimony went viral. The report stated Chahal will pay ₹4.75 crore to Dhanashree, out of which, he has already paid over ₹2 crore and will pay the remaining amount after the final verdict by the court.

Yuzi and Dhanashree got married in December 2020, but separated after 18 months of marriage in June 2022.
