Dhanashree Verma-Yuzvendra Chahal Divorce: The cricketer-choreographer couple tied the knot in December 2020. As per court documents, they started living separately in June 2022, 18 months after their wedding. In February 2025, they filed for divorce, and their petition will be heard in a family court tomorrow (March 20). While the couple's separation has shocked many of their fans, it is not the first time a celebrity couple has headed towards Splitsville shortly after their marriage.
Karan Singh Grover and Shraddha Nigam dated for a long time before tying the knot. The actor was working in television at the time. In December 2008 they got married, but broke up within 10 months. It was reported that Karan's infidelity was the reason for their divorce. Later, the Fighter actor married his Dill Mill Gaye co-star Jennifer Winget, but that marriage too, lasted only 2 years. Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal are the latest couple to have joined the list. Their divorce hearing will take place at the Bandra family court on March 20. As per a report by Bar and Bench, the couple has reached a mutual settlement. The cricketer will play his ex-wife ₹4.37 crore as a part of the settlement.
