Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton are married!

Almost after 10 years of dating each other, actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton have finally tied the knot. The couple got married on October 5, in an "intimate" ceremony. 

Not only shared vows, but lived them : Burton

The One Tree Hill actress wrote on Instagram that the past weekend have been the best days of her entire life and informed about her wedding by calling it a private and magical event. The couple share two children and according to reports they have been married in the past, Burton said that it felt silly to try and correct anything.

She also wrote that from the very moment she met Jeffrey, she knew he was going to be her husband. She also said that both of them have not only shared vows but have fully lived them, for ten years, with the good times and the bad.

A perfect day

Morgan, best known for his roles in The Walking Dead and Supernatural, said on Instagram that two of his former co-stars, Jensen Ackles and Norman Reedus, performed at the marriage ceremony, which was followed by the party of the century afterwards, he claims. 

Hilarie wrote on her instagram post,"I love you Jeffrey. I love our intimate group of friends and family who joined us. I love the various circles of loved ones who have supported us over the years. It was private and magical and everything I dreamed. So yeah. I’m Mrs. Morgan."

The private couple live on a farm in Hudson Valley, New York and co-own a candy store with neighbor Paul Rudd. The Walking Dead star also revealed that the ceremony was officiated by Jensen Ackles, who introduced them and Norman Reedus, but did not share much information about their wedding day. 

"The party of the century afterwards..." Morgan shared. "Thank you to all our friends and family. It was, without a doubt... the best day of our lives. Ever ever. Just never knew that it could be so damn perfect. It was. And more."
