British actor Darren Kent died on August 11 at the age of 36, as per Variety. According to a report, the actor-director passed away after experiencing severe health struggles. The news of his death was confirmed by his talent agency Carey Dodd Associates on Wednesday.

Who is Darren Kent?

Kent was born and brought up in Essex, a county in the southeast region of England, between London and the overflowing North Sea. His first step into the world of noteworthy acting took place in the 2008 horror epic Mirrors. He then permanently imprinted his presence in the Emmy-winning epic Game of Thrones.

He portrayed a bereaved father in the episode, Goatherd, Emilia Clarke's legendary Daenerys Targaryen served as a source of comfort for Kent's character. The actor's involvement with one of television's most cherished series not only demonstrated his range of skills but also cemented his presence on the world stage.

What was the last role played by Darren Kent?

Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves, a 2023 motion picture, featured him as a reanimated corpse, which was his last on-screen role before he passed away. Kent graduated from the Italia Conti Stage School in 2007.
