Fans arrested for theatre damage
The excitement of the fans took an unexpected turn when a group of enthusiastic movie-goers got arrested for causing damage during the film’s screenings. According to Telugu Scribe, the incident occurred at Soundarya Theater, in Parvathipuram, Andhra Pradesh. Fans indulged in a ritual known as milk abhishekham, where they poured milk on the theater screen as a form of adoration and worship. This practice is typically reserved for the biggest stars in Telugu and Tamil cinema.

The pouring of milk resulted in screen damage, leading to movie interruption. This prompted police intervention. Videos of the incident quickly went viral on social media, showing fans wearing torn clothes and expressing remorse over their actions. It seems they had no idea that their gesture of celebrating their beloved star would escalate to such a level.
Theatre vandalism is a recurring issue with Pawan Kalyan fans
This is not the first instance of Pawan Kalyan's fans causing a nuisance at theatres. In 2022, during the re-release of his popular film Jalsa on the occasion of his 51st birthday, similar incidents of theatre vandalism occurred, forcing show cancellations in certain locations.

Eight Pawan Kalyan fans were reportedly arrested in Shanthi theater, Chirala for creating a nuisance in the name of Kushi re-release celebrations back in January.
Milk abhishekham and other gestures of adoration by fans have been seen before, not just among Pawan Kalyan's followers but also among supporters of other prominent stars. Such incidents reaffirm the demi-god status that these actors enjoy in the hearts of their ardent fans.
