Allu Arjun 's Pushpa 2 has been filming for a couple of years now. The sequel to the hit 2021 release Pushpa: The Rise, is all set to hit the big screens in December this year. Now, the film is back in the news, with a viral video linking Australian cricket star David Warner to the Sukumar directorial. A clip has been doing the rounds on social media and Warner's look has sparked the curiosity of netizens, with many suggesting that he might play a cameo role in the pan-India film.

Pushpa 2 cameo rumours flood social media

A video has gone viral on social media which sees Warner dressed up as a gangster, surrounded by henchmen. He arrives in a helicopter by the riverside and walks up to some men dressed in suits as he wields a gun in his hand. His getup landed on social media and has since generated buzz. Wearing a printed white shirt, white pants and red loafers, Warner's look is currently the talk of the town.

Pushpa 2, meanwhile, is nearing the last stages of its shoot. It has been delayed by several months and pushed to December 6 release. While there is buzz that the film may be pushed further, David Warner's rumoured association with the project is sure to divert the conversation to his alleged cameo in the film.

All you need to know about Allu Arjun 's Pushpa 2

The upcoming Telugu action drama film is directed and written by Sukumar under his banner Sukumar Writings and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under their Mythri Movie Makers banner.

The film features Allu Arjun in the titular role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna , Fahadh Faasil, Dhananjaya, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Rao Ramesh, Ajay, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Shanmukh and Ajay Ghosh. The film is set to hit the theatres on December 6. Allu Arjun is the son of film producer Allu Aravind.
