Suriya45: Kanguva Actor Collaborates With Director RJ Balaji For A 'Blockbuster Entertainer'

Suriya who predominantly works in Tamil film industry, continues to rule over the fans' hearts with his impressive performances. The actor who is gearing up for his upcoming film Kanguva, has officially announced his next major project.

Suriya’s announces new film with RJ Balaji

Suriya took to X to officially announce his next film which is tentatively tiled Suriya 45, with a formal puja ceremony. The film’s first-look poster revealed the film’s tone. While the narrative is unknown, the poster has aroused debate regarding the film’s direction. 

Fans took to the comment section to express their curiosity and excitement. One user wrote, “Next Amazing project of Suriya with RJ Balaji and AR Rahman Music, Great Update Team”. Another user wrote, “I'm soo Existing to see this”. “All the best to the team!”, wrote the third user.

Suriya 45 will be directed by RJ Balaji, known for his work on Mookuthi Amman and Veetla Vishesham. Currently in the pre-production phase, Balaji has been developing the script for over a year and is finalising locations for the film, which is described as an action-adventure.

According to reports, Music for Suriya 45 will be composed by Academy Award-winner AR Rahman , who has collaborated with actor Suriya on films like Sillunu Oru Kaadhal and Aayudha Ezhuthu. 

What’s next for Suriya?

Suriya will next be seen in Kanguva. The film is backed by UV Creations and Studio Green also features actor   Disha Patani  . Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. In the upcoming film, Bobby Deol will play the antagonist. He will essay the character named Udhiran in the movie. 

It will be released in 3D in 10 different languages on November 14, this year.
