According to report of Koimoi, despite Dilip Joshi being senior most actor and has been making the audience in the show TMKOC earns less compared to Rupali Ganguly.

Reports suggest that Rupali Ganguly for Anupamaa receives ₹3 lakh per episode. While, Dilip Joshi receives ₹1.5 lakh per episode of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah. 

Interesting detail is that the Anupamaa star reportedly used to earn Rs 30K-Rs 35K per episode, which grew to around Rs 3 lakh. Henceforth, Rupali Ganguly’s per-episode pay for Anupamaa is 100% more than Dilip Joshi’s pay per episode for TMKOC.

TMKOC is hands down one of the longest-running, most-loved sitcoms in the history of Indian television shows. The show has been running for more than a decade now as the first episode of the show aired on July 28 2008. TMKOC revolves around a bunch of different families living in the same society called Gokuldham Co-operative Society. 

Directed by Romesh Kalra, the show features Rupali Ganguly as Anupama, Gaurav Khanna as Anuj Kapadia. Anupamaa's plot revolves around the journey of a devoted housewife who is looked down upon by her family members and her husband constantly. She later discovers that her husband has an extra-marital affair. She comes to terms but the harsh reality and embarks on a journey to discover herself and become truly independent.
