Hanu Man director compares Teja Sajja film with Hrithik Roshan's Krrish ahead of Sankranti release

The makers of Hanu Man are gearing up for a big banner release of their project, slated right at the beginning of the Sankranti weekend. Ahead of the big five-way box office clash the film is gearing up for, director Prashanth Varma has shed some light on what to expect from the film. Interestingly, the director has compared his film to Hrithik Roshan's superhero franchise Krrish.

Prashanth Varma on Hanu Man being like Krrish

Prashanth Varma has an interesting detail to share about his upcoming release Hanu Man. The director has revealed that Hanu Man will be similar to Krrish - the Hrithik Roshan led superhero franchise - in terms of what the audience should expect from the film. He also clarified that in Hanu Man, Teja Sajja's character will be endowed with the powers of Lord Hanuman. 

As per a 123Telugu report he said, "Hanu-Man will be along the lines of Krrish. Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish is a superhero film, and Hanu Man is also a superhero film. What happens when a normal person gets superpowers? This is the crux of both films. Here in Hanu Man, the protagonist will get the powers of Lord Hanuman. Hanu Man will also follow the same template of a superhero film." Hanu Man will release in theatres on January 12.

Prashanth Varma to work with Nandamuri Balakrishna next?

As per a recent 123Telugu report, Prashanth Varma is already gearing up for his next project, even as Hanu Man awaits its theatrical release. The director has reportedly already narrated the script of his film to the Bhagavanth Kesari actor who has taken a liking to it.

Pending a final narration which will take place at the convenience of Balayya, the veteran actor will officially brought on board for the project. An official confirmation on this is still awaited.
