Yuzvendra Chahal And Dhanashree Verma Are Divorced After 18 Months Of Marriage

The Bandra family court has granted divorce to Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma today, March 20. “The divorce is done, and the marriage has been dissolved,” confirmed Chahal’s lawyer Nitin Gupta. The court noted that the parties have complied with the consent terms, as per PTI. Yuzvendra and Dhanashree got married in December 2020 and as per their petition, they separated in June 2022. However, it was only in February 2025, that they filed a joint petition before a family court in Mumbai seeking divorce by mutual consent.

On Wednesday, the Bombay High Court waived the six-month cooling period stipulated for every couple after filing for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act.

Not ₹60 crore, Dhanashree Verma to get this amount as alimony from Yuzvendra Chahal

Yuzvendra will pay ₹4.75 crore to Dhanashree, out of which, he has already paid ₹2.37 crore the family court noted. It also cited a report of a marriage counsellor, stating there was only partial compliance with the mediation efforts.

RJ Mahvash's cryptic post is about 'Jhut, lalach'

Taking to her Instagram handle, RJ Mahvash shared a series of photos featuring her in a white dress. But it was her caption, that grabbed everyone's attention. She wrote "Jhut, lalach, aur fareb se parey hain..khuda ka shukr ainey aaj bhi khade hain… (Far from lies, greed, and deceit… Thank God, we are still standing today, looking in the mirror)."

Yuzvendra was quick to react to the post. According to netizens, he liked the post just 10 seconds after it was uploaded. A user wrote, "Yuzi bhai kai maje hi maje." Another user wrote, "Tute hue log kisi ko todte nhi hai .....sambhal Lena bhai ko." A fan requested, "Bhabhi (Sister-in-law) we are with you, just like Anushka and Ritika be with Chahal forever..... May God keep the pair."
