Virat Kohli, who's known for his physical prowess, and cricketing genius, can credit being fit to his dedication to adhere to a strict dietary regime that broadcaster Jatin Sapru shared recently as part of an anecdote. During one of the IPL seasons, Virat made sure that he regularly consumed  well-steamed vegetables, and baked chicken, Sapru said.

During an episode of The Ranveer Show, Jatin Sapru recalled how Virat Kohli strictly adhered to a diet without deviation. Kohli's approach was disciplined and focused; he prioritised nutritional value over taste preferences. According to Sapru, Kohli mentioned that he eats based on his body's specific nutritional requirements, emphasising his commitment to maintaining peak physical condition.
