While it seems the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress can't seem to burn their differences and forge an alliance for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, the two parties seem to be on the same page when it comes to attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

After PM Modi on Wednesday wrote a blog highlighting how Congress is a 'dynast' party, and how it has had negative impact over the years on the country, the AAP seems to have taken lines from Congress' book to attack the BJP.

Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, at the stroke of noon on Wednesday, took to Twitter and wrote a sarcastic message, using a 'dynasty list', to suggest how BJP is a party of dynasts.

"Raman Singh - Abhishek Singh, Rajnath Singh - Pankaj Singh, Gopinath Munde - Pankaja Munde, Kalyan Singh - Rajveer Singh, Pramod Mahajan - Poonam Mahajan, Prem Kumar Dhumil - Anurag Thakur, Vashunandhra Raje - Dushyant Singh - All of them will stand with full strength against the dynasty politics of PM Modi," his post read.

The Congress had also defended itself from the attack by PM Modi by pinning the blame of dynasty politics on the BJP. Though, the grand old party chose to drag the Sangh Parivar (RSS) to back their case.

"I think BJP and Modi is ruining this nation by the dynasty politics of the Sangh parivar. What is Sangh parivar, except for a dynasty? Whoever is to be a CM, whether he belongs to Goa or somewhere else belongs to the Sangh parivar. The PM of India must belong to the Sangh parivar. All important portfolios in the government must be given to the Sangh parivar. This is the biggest parivar which is the dynasty which is ruling our country. So what is the Prime Minister talking about? He should have some sense of history, some sense of perspective," former Union Minister Kapil Sibal said.

Following was the blog which the Prime Minister wrote attacking Congress for promoting dynasty politics:

In the summer of 2014, the people voted decisively for:

Honesty over dynasty.

Development over decay.

Security over stagnation.

Opportunities over obstacles.

Vikas over vote-bank politics.

Indians were tired of our beloved nation being in the Fragile Five, where corruption, cronyism and nepotism made headlines instead of anything positive.

India voted to shed the baggage of the past in pursuit of a better future.

The mandate of 2014 was epoch-making also because it was for the first time in the history of India that a non-dynastic party was blessed with a complete majority.

When a Government works with the spirit of ‘India First’ instead of ‘Family First’, it shows in its working.
