BJP MP JP Nadda on Sunday said that Haryana's Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has changed the state's political image. The BJP MP was present at BJP's manifesto launch in Haryana. The Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, BJP State President Subhash Barala, Haryana in-charge Anil Jain, Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Rao Inderjit were also present at the event.
JP Nadda praised Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and lauded him for his efforts towards the state of Haryana. "Manohar Lal Khattar's government has changed the image of Haryana in these five years. He has bought significant change in the perception people had about Haryana," he said. The image of Haryana was that it is the synonym of corruption and nepotism. Today Haryana is corruption-free,"
He also said that the Haryana Government has been successful in providing people with a government that reflects 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas'.
The BJP MP in his address also claimed that the Government has resolved all cases of OROP (one rank one pension). He said that the government has addressed 22 lakh cases related to the matter.
" Modi Ji (Prime Minister Narendra Modi) said in Rewari that we will fulfil the demand of One Rank One Pension (OROP). I can say with authority, Rs 12,000 cr has been disbursed for OROP, 22 Lakhs cases have been addressed. There is no pending case of OROP," he said.
He also said that Haryana directly benefits from the decisions taken by the government on Defence related issues due to a large number of Army personnel hailing from the State.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also hailed Haryana CM in his rally in Haryana's Karnal. In his address, the Defence Minister praised Manohar Lal Khattar for his grass root level work in the State.
" I can say that unlike the previous CMs of Haryana - be it a CM of Congress or of INLD who used to run their govt from Delhi and not from Haryana, CM Manohar Lal Khattar runs the govt by working from the grass-root level," he said.
